This Friday, our LAST football game. *sniffle* New halftime show? We BETTER get Thriller, or I'll die a little bit inside.

Oh, and an update. James River Competition: 2nd place everything, except 1st place drum major-- Go Courtney! I'll get those pic's soon! So, band camp is over *phew*, and I didn't kill anyone *darn*. Anyways, again, I've posted our practice schedule and put up some videos! I also have some new link for the "links" page. =] It's actually just one link, and it's a website by a very talented person I know! So you all should check out  http://www.g3music.org/ (Who are "you all" exactly? The 1 person who actually visits my site. Occasionally.) Also, I'm slacking. Hello, everyone! So... an overview of my summer?

Traveling, angry, traveling, happy,  traveling, hungry, traveling, sleepy, YADAPP, BAND!!!! =D =D =D

So, anyways, I have the schedule for practice, competitions, parades, and games up. Also, whenever a video of our halftime show is released, I'll find that! That'll be in September (-ish). I also have a comic called "Teen Band Squad", a spoof of "Teen Girl Squad!", I'll get those up, too. A'ight. That's it.

So, I'm putting up pictures from band! Hope you enjoy them! Annnnd. I'll start updating the calender with our band events as soon as Mr. Wright mails our stuff! =] So, keep looking. Sorry, I know it's been forever... Oh well. Anyways, RIP Michael Jackson. <3

So, we went to Williamsburg for a Fiesta*Val (yay!) competition, and we did pretty good. But there was soooo much DRAMA. Band drama. Band drama. Choir drama. Boy drama. MORE band drama. MORE more band drama. ARGH! Oh yeah. Did I forget to say Band drama??!  And this one stupid high school, Howard High School, won everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =[ Argh! Buuuut.We won a decent amount of things, too. Congrats!

So, us being overblown by trumpets in the band competition quickly turned into a woodwind dominated pep band Friday at our basketball game. Oh, Mr. Wright. Why? Why did we do that. Ugh. So, now everyone thinks we...erm. Suck. But, hey. Whatevs...

Anyways, Colonels lost the game by 2 POINTS! ONLY ONE BASKET AWAY. WTFrench TOAST!? ARGH. March Madness my...right toe. >=(

The band sounded a hot mess, however, our surrogate Mr. Wright, Chantal, was quite beasty. ...but, oh, trumpets. Why?

In other news, I auditioned for RYSO, and let me tell you something. I think I did sort of ok. I might have a chance, but...I mean, it was a failure. Not epic. But it didn't exactly go hard either...

...aka single's awareness month ;) is here. This also means practicing for concert band, staring at a fellow band member to the point of just plain creepiness and then looking away if they notice you, and looking forward to spring.

So, this isn't this year, but it was last year... last year in the old uniforms,  but my first real year of marching band...my third parade with WFHS, though... I love Vinton, it's never as cold as the Roanoke parade, lol. But...here is last years sexiness.

James River Competition! First place in everything! Go band! ^-^ (Even if there was only one other band in our division...*shh*)

Hey! Wud up? It's just me, another random person trying to make a mark on the world, but not having any success. I know there are people out there  like me, yes? But, anyways, I don't think any one will even see this, but hey. Sometimes a girls gotta spill her guts out in public. And not because someone like...sliced open her stomach. (however cool that may be.) But, just call me "that girl...the weird on" I get that a lot... =D As you can tell, I'm an avatar fan, who loves firebending, maniacal, rutheless, cold-hearted, in-control, feminists. Like me. Only minus the whole...firebending thing. So, enjoy yourself. Doing what?? Well, figuring out if you're a band geek, of reading some sexy Danny Phantom Fanfics written By ME!! Or check out what cool events are coming up, look at an 8 ball, countdown to talk like a pirate day, Talk to Jack Sparrow (SEXII!), ask a crystal ball, listen to some music, play the piano, check out some Corbin Bleu or Bushism smilies... =D And there's still more to come!!! ^^
